- Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
- A booking amount or advance payment may be required to schedule your move.
- Full payment must be made before or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Packing & Handling
- We use high-quality packing materials; however, customers are advised to inform us of any fragile or valuable items in advance.
- While utmost care is taken, Nitco Packers and Movers shall not be held responsible for goods not packed by our team.
- Transportation
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are requested to be present during loading and unloading to verify goods.
- Insurance
- Insurance of goods is optional and can be arranged at the customer’s request.
- Nitco Packers and Movers is not liable for damages or losses to uninsured items during transit.
- Prohibited Items
- We do not transport hazardous, illegal, or flammable goods such as fuel, chemicals, or explosives.
- Storage & Warehousing
- Storage facilities are provided on request and are subject to availability.
- Customers must collect stored items within the agreed period to avoid additional charges.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations should be informed at least 48 hours before the scheduled move.
- Advance payments are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the move.
- Liability
- Nitco Packers and Movers’ liability is limited to the extent of the services provided.
- Any claims for loss or damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
- Jurisdiction
- All disputes, if any, will fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana.
